Specifically, ECI’s extensive understanding, knowledge, personal contacts, and affiliate offices within the cities of the Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Shenyang and many other cities in China are invaluable in bringing environmental and infrastructure projects and evaluation processes to a successful conclusion.
